Notes
Apple Cider Margaritas are a quick mixed drink that combines apple cider with silver tequila and fresh lemon juice. The mixture is stirred together in a pitcher and served in glasses rimmed with a blend of sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Simple garnishes like apple slices and cinnamon sticks reinforce the flavor and give the drinks a seasonal look without extra preparation.
This recipe works well because apple cider brings natural sweetness and body, while lemon juice adds acidity to keep the drink balanced. Silver tequila blends smoothly without overpowering the cider. The spiced sugar-and-salt rim adds flavor with each sip and helps tie the apple and citrus notes together. Since the drink isn’t shaken or blended, it stays clear and light.
This is a practical recipe for gatherings since it takes only minutes to prepare and can be scaled easily. The margarita base can be mixed ahead and kept chilled, with glasses rimmed just before serving. It’s best served immediately once poured. Garnishes are flexible, but keeping the cider-to-citrus balance consistent helps maintain the intended flavor.
