Notes

Jack Frosties are blended cocktails made with vodka, Prosecco, Blue Curaçao, lemonade, and ice, resulting in a bright blue, slushy-style drink. Everything is combined in a blender and poured into glasses rimmed with lemon juice and white sanding sugar. The recipe is designed to be mixed and served right away, keeping the texture smooth and icy rather than melted.

The recipe works because the balance of sparkling wine, citrus, and liqueur keeps the drink from tasting overly sweet. Lemonade adds acidity, while the Prosecco lightens the texture so the blended ice doesn’t feel heavy. Blue Curaçao provides both color and flavor without overwhelming the other ingredients. Blending just until combined helps maintain a drinkable consistency rather than a frozen solid.

This drink fits well into casual entertaining since it takes only minutes to prepare and requires no advance setup. Glasses can be rimmed ahead of time to speed things up. Jack Frosties are best served immediately after blending. Small adjustments, such as slightly more or less ice or lemonade, can be made to control thickness and sweetness without changing the overall structure.
